Return will be on a case to case basis as agreed between the buyer and the seller. Return or Cancellation of any transaction concluded through the website can be effected only in consultation with the other party (Buyer or Seller as the case may be – to be agreed with Primedeq in case of Primedeq Services). With the mutual consent of the both the parties, the Buyer or Seller as the case may be, can cancel by clicking on ‘Cancel’ link in the Website.
Once the return or cancellation is accepted by the other Party, Primedeq through normal banking channels or the original payment method, will initiate refund of the amount received. Please note that Primedeq may deduct processing charges as may be notified from time to time in the fee policy. Once we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account, in case of Cash / Cheque Payment or Bank Transfer.
The refund time period for different modes of payments is provided below.
Note: Refunds will not be processed in cash.
Note: International customers would need to reach out to our Customer Service team to get refunds for their purchase. The refund would be made to the original payment method/instrument used to make the initial purchase.
In case the payment is made by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking or Third Party Wallet - Kindly note that there may be delays in refund as they're handled by the Bank.
