Title: Assistant Manager - Business Development (Bangalore)

Description: Position: Assistant Manager – BD Location: Bangalore Education, Experience & Competencies required: • Education: Graduate/ B.E (in Biomedical engineering/ E&I), Diploma or equivalent • Experience: - 4-8 Years of Experience in Medical Equipment Sales, including at least -0-2 years as team-lead / manager reputed Medical Equipment firm. o Experience in tier – 2 or 3 towns, smaller hospitals and nursing homes in Karnataka is added advantage. • Competencies: • Tenacious, go-getter, result-oriented, focused, • Self-driven, Punctual, Adheres to work ethics, is Dependable • Is Presentable and highly customer-oriented • Good communication skills in English and Kannada • Is disciplined and excellent in follow-up as well as in managing team’s work Specific Job Related Competencies • Is highly self-confident and willing to take up the challenge of working in a start-up environment. • Should be conversant with most of the hospital medical equipment • Be flexible about responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:  Sell PrimedeQ concept.  Business development from customers (healthcare providers)  Conduct CMEs, prepare presentations, participate in exhibitions, make calls etc. - any activities needed to achieve business results  Build and lead sales team

Title: Bio-medical Service Engineer (3-4 years experience) (Female) (Location - Bangalore )

Description: B.E or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Engineering . 3-4 years experience as Service Engineer in a reputed Secondary/ Tertiary care Hospital specifically NICU • Competencies: • Must be Quality & Safety Conscious, Operate ethically • Must be self-driven, punctual, dependable • Must be highly-customer oriented Specific Job Related Competencies • Should have at least 2-4 years of experience on “hands on servicing” of most medical equipment particularly expected in a typical 100-250 bed multi-specialty hospital. • Should be able to communicate effectively on the medical equipment and maintenance issues with clients. • Should be familiar with documentation as per NABH requirements. * Specific exposure to Maternity/ NICU is of advantage Key Responsibilities:  Independently handle the bio-medical department of a hospital  Follow all documentation requirements  Carry out repair, periodic equipment inspection and checks, preventive maintenance, user training etc. as required on a timely basis  Submit periodic reports to management.  Any other related tasks as assigned by management
